The ETYZ-I transformer on load tap changer tester is a comprehensive measuring instrument used to measure and analyze the electrical performance indicators of power transformers and special transformer on load tap changers in power systems.
By using computer control and a specially designed measurement circuit, it is possible to measure parameters such as transition time, transition waveform, transition resistance, three-phase synchronicity, etc. of the on load tap changer. Users can measure directly from the tap changer leads according to their needs and on-site conditions, or measure directly from the three-phase bushing and neutral point of the transformer.
This instrument has functions such as analyzing, storing, and printing the measured data. Solved the problem of outdated measurement methods and lack of dedicated testing methods for on load tap changers in power transformers. 1. Optical oscilloscope function
The instrument is divided into three channels and can simultaneously record phases A, B, and C. The instrument can automatically capture and display the transition resistance and time jump process during the transition process. Not affected by weather, its functions are far superior to those of a light oscilloscope.

Various parameters of on load tap changers can be measured in one instrument. Whether there are breakpoints, transition waveforms, transition times, transition resistances, three-phase synchronicity, etc. during the entire process of switch selection and switching. By combining various functional buttons, the time and resistance values of each time period in the waveform can be analyzed.

The all aluminum alloy chassis and instrument are equipped with power noise filters and anti-interference circuits, which can reliably measure on site in areas with poor power quality and strong electromagnetic field interference.
5. Data retention and communication
The data and waveforms measured by the user can be stored in the instrument. The stored waveforms can reach up to 128 sets and will not be lost due to power failure. The test results stored on site can be transmitted to the computer through a dedicated data cable via a serial port for storage (our company provides dedicated software).
